If you are hypertensive, there are some foods that you must avoid. You must eat healthy in order to stay healthy. This doesn’t apply to just hypertensive people, it applies to everyone. Health experts state that you should not consume more than 2,400 milligrams (1 teaspoon) of  salt each day. Therefore you should familiarize with the ingredients of the foods you eat and avoid the ones that have a high salt content.
