As I’ve stated many times in the past, if you are over weight and suffer from high blood pressure, losing a couple of pounds can be difference between having to take medication to control your blood pressure and not having t take meds at all!

See, when you are overweight, the extra fat takes up room that your veins could use to expand when there is increased pressure. Since fat is taking up place where your veins can expand to, it will have no choice but to actually raise your blood pressure. If you’re veins were allowed to expand all the way they normally could, your blood pressure wouldn’t rise and you wouldn’t need to take high blood pressure medications each day to control it.

You can literally save them money each month you spend if you simply lost a few pounds. If you are extremely over weight, then you need to lose more weight. You might think that losing weight is a hard thing to do but in fact, any idiot can do it. Sorry to say it so harsh but it is the truth. It is all a matter of making small diet changes to stimulate your metabolism more. You don’t even have to change the types of food you eat, just change the amount and times of day you eat.

Speaking of the word idiot, there is a weight loss program that lets you input what kinds of foods you like to eat and when you hit submit it does calculations and then gives you a diet list. What I mean is it gives you a diet you should follow made out from the foods you entered. If you entered hamburgers, it will give you a diet plan using hamburgers. I know this because I did it. I used to weight 235 pounds and I am down to 205 in a matter of 2 months. I did not suffer from high blood pressure but since it runs in my family I decided to take control of my life and lose some weight.

Now, the program I used is called FatLoss4Idiots and you can get to their website by clicking here.

By doing some small but effective diet changes, you can lose the weight necessary to get off your blood pressure medication. You’re going to spend $30 or so bucks on your meds, you might as well spend $30 more on a weight loss program that’s going to work. I recommend FatLoss4Idiots with my life. It worked for me and it has worked for thousands of other people. Please, if you want to save money by being able to stop taking your meds, if you love your spouse and want to grow old with them, if you love your children, then do the right thing and start losing weight today to get your blood pressure back under control and in normal levels. To your health, Oscar

Well, Michael Jackson’s death will likely result in being an overdose or an adverse reaction to demirol. Demirol is know to slown down tthe heart and is capeable of stopping it. His death wasn’t a case of high blood pressure. You could say it was a case of low blood pressure. If the heart stops, then there is no pressure to pump the blood. Tragic and sad death.
